What is the benefit for Vodafone Customers of Roam and Redeem?
You can earn frequent flyer miles or hotel points from leading airline and hotel partners while you Roam within India or abroad. These miles or points will be credited directly to your airline or hotel program account and can be redeemed into free airline tickets, hotel stays or other goods or services. In order to earn miles or points you only need to register once.

Which airline or hotel partners are participating in Roam and Redeem?
You can earn rewards with any of the following airline or hotel partner: Jet Airways, Kingfisher Airlines, Gulf Air, Etihad Airways, Oman Air, Qatar Airways, Sri Lankan Airlines, Thai Airways, Malaysia Airlines, Garuda, Singapore Airlines, Hilton, Marriott, InterContinental Hotel Group, Royal Brunei Airlines, TAP Portugal, Ukraine International Airlines, AeroSvit Airlines, Aeroflot, Lufthansa, Air France/KLM, Delta Airlines, and American Airlines.

Can I earn miles or points on more than one loyalty program with Roam and Redeem?
You can only earn miles or points with one loyalty program at any given time. You have the option to change the loyalty program with which you want to earn miles or points.

Can I make use of Roam and Redeem Program with a prepaid phone?
Yes, both post paid and pre-paid users are eligible for Roam and Redeem

Is Roam and Redeem applicable on National and International Roaming Usage.
Yes.

How do I register?
You can enroll online at www.roamandredeem.com by choosing your preferred loyalty program and filling in the registration form. It is required that you are an existing member of any of the associated airline or hotel loyalty program and that you have a valid mobile phone number.

How can I avail of Roam and Redeem if I am not a member of any of the associated loyalty programs?
If you are not yet a member of any of the associated loyalty programs yet, click here to choose your preferred loyalty program and register first, before you register for Roam and Redeem.

Which services’ usage will entitle me to earn miles or points while roaming abroad?
You will receive 1 mile or point for each outgoing international roaming minute, and 1 mile or point for each incoming international roaming minute. You will also receive 1 mile or point per 6 roaming SMS sent and 1 mile or point per 2 MB of data usage .

Which services’ usage will entitle me to earn miles or points while roaming within India?
You will receive 1 mile or point for 25 outgoing national roaming minutes made from the Vodafone network. However Video calls and same state calls are not eligible for calculation of points.

In which countries can I earn miles?
You can earn miles or points in all countries outside India by using your mobile phone.

Are there any additional costs for registering for Roam and Redeem?
No, there are no additional costs involved.

How long does it take before I receive my miles or points?
It takes between 4 to 6 weeks before your miles or points will be credited on your account. Miles or points are credited once a month.

How can I see if my miles are credited on my account?
You can view your account balance with your airline or hotel loyalty program. Your rewards earned with Roam and Redeem will be credited on your account under the name "Travelling Connect".

What should I do if I did not receive my miles or points?
Please check the account balance of your loyalty program. Your rewards will be credited on your account under the name "Travelling Connect". Note as well that it may take up to 30 days after the month in which your mobile phone usage eligible for rewards was made before your miles or points are credited to the account balance with your chosen loyalty program. If you believe that you have not received your rewards, you can contact 111 from your Vodafone mobile or our customer service desk at customerservice@travellingconnect.com

How can I view and change my account details for Roam and Redeem?
To view and change your account details go to www.roamandredeem.com and select “Manage my Account”. By entering your mobile phone number and your loyalty program membership number you can view and change your account details.
